A clear, personal process so your celebration is exactly as you imagine it.

1. **First Meeting:** We learn about the occasion, the date, the number of guests and the style you have in mind. If you like, we tour the Hacienda together.
2. **Proposal & Tasting:** We design a tailor-made menu and hold a private tasting to choose every dish together.
3. **Full Coordination:** We coordinate setup, timing, service and vendors so everything flows without worries.
4. **The Big Day:** Our team takes care of every detail, from the welcome to the final toast, so you and your guests can simply enjoy.

Yes. Whether it is an intimate dinner or a large celebration, every event receives the same level of attention and care.

At your home or the venue you choose in Mexico City and the surrounding area. You can also celebrate at Hacienda San Miguel.

We recommend contacting us at least 3 months ahead for intimate celebrations, to secure availability and plan every detail.

Of course. We design vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher and any other options, with the same sophistication and flavor.
