## Frequently asked questions

### How far in advance should we book our wedding?

We recommend contacting us at least 6 months ahead. That lets us secure your date and plan the menu, the tasting and every detail of the day without rushing.

### How many guests can you serve?

At Hacienda San Miguel we host up to 650 guests in Las Caballerizas. Outside the hacienda we have catered events of more than 1,000 people with the same level of care.

### Can we hold the ceremony and the reception in the same place?

Yes. At Hacienda San Miguel, the Ceremony Garden hosts the religious or civil ceremony and Las Caballerizas or the gardens host the reception, with no travel for your guests.

### Can we taste the menu before the wedding?

Yes. Every menu is tailor-made and we hold a private tasting where we choose the dishes, the pairing and the final adjustments together.

### Do you cater weddings outside Hacienda San Miguel?

Yes. Although the Hacienda is our signature venue, we bring our cuisine to any venue in Mexico City and the surrounding area and adapt to your space.

### What does wedding catering include?
