SP Catering — Santi Palacio offers luxury catering services, event planning, and venue rental at Hacienda San Miguel in Ciudad de México. The information presented on the Site is for informational purposes, and final service proposals will be detailed in individual contracts with each client.
All reservations are subject to availability and will be formalized through a specific service contract. Prices, menus, and particular conditions will be agreed upon individually and set forth in said contract. SP Catering reserves the right to decline requests that do not align with our service standards or operational capacity.
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, graphic design, logos, icons, images, and their arrangement — is the property of SP Catering — Santi Palacio or its respective authors and is protected by Mexican intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.
You agree to use the Site exclusively for legitimate purposes and in accordance with applicable law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or compliance shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ciudad de México, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
